Driving Continuous Improvement in Professional ASB Practice

Resolve are delighted to announce the acquisition of CSPT Ltd a major Community Safety and Antisocial Behaviour BTEC provider. Resolve are committed to the ongoing professional development of those involved in community safety and tackling antisocial behaviour. The acquisition strengthens our ability to drive improvement in professional ASB practice by delivering nationally recognised training qualifications.

In addition, Resolve secured CPD accreditation for a wide variety of our training course in the Autumn of 2016 and by also being able to offer BTEC qualifications as part of our programme we hope to make Resolve the “go to” training provider for Community Safety and Antisocial Behaviour.

BTEC is an internationally recognised qualification and we are delighted to be working in partnership with Pearsons (accrediting body) to offer the BTEC in our sector.

The BTEC is a programme of qualifications that offer learning to those who are at entry level through to experienced managers. In an ever changing world where organisations are choosing to do more themselves, officers being qualified gives credibility in a partnership and Court setting.

The BTEC is taught in a classroom environment bringing officers together from different organisations, including social housing, local authority and police with a wide variety of experiences, ensuring current case examples and different problem solving techniques are shared and highlighted. Delivered by subject experts currently working within the community safety and antisocial behaviour sector ensures the best quality content and guidance.
